Before you try it
Do my guests need to download an app?
No. The QR code opens a web page in their phone's camera or browser. There's no login and nothing to install, so older guests and families can use it too.
What do I need to buy?
Nothing. Waity runs in the browser on your host's phone, a tablet or the counter computer. We print the door poster and table stickers for you.
What if a guest doesn't have a smartphone?
Your host adds them on the host screen in a few seconds, as a walk-in. Waiters can also add orders for guests who'd rather order the usual way.
Does it work with Petpooja or my billing software?
Yes, alongside it. You keep billing in your POS as today. Waity shows a bill summary to help your team, but the GST invoice still comes from your POS.
How long does it take to set up?
About a day. Send us your menu and table layout and we set everything up. Training your host takes around 15 minutes.
What happens to my guests' details?
Guests' names and numbers are used only for their visit and never sold. Names and phone numbers are removed automatically after 90 days, and guests can delete their details themselves.
What does the pilot cost?
Nothing. Nothing renews or is charged automatically. At the end you choose Pro, stay on Free, or stop.
How much is Waity Pro?
