This page explains what happens to the details you send us through the form on this website.

What we collect

Your name, your restaurant's name and area, your mobile number, and anything else you choose to add, such as your email, number of tables or a message.

How we use it

Only to contact you about Waity: to answer your enquiry, arrange a demo and follow up on it. We don't sell your details, share them for advertising or add you to marketing lists.

How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry while we're in touch about Waity. If you don't become a customer, we delete it within 12 months. Ask us at any time and we'll delete it sooner.

Where it's stored

With our cloud database provider, Supabase. Only the Waity team can see enquiries.

Counting visits

We count how many times this website is opened, where visitors came from (for example Instagram or Google) and whether it was on a phone or a computer. We don't use cookies, and we don't store IP addresses or anything that identifies you.

Your guests' data

If your restaurant uses Waity, guests see a separate privacy note on their phone. It explains what the restaurant collects during a visit, and lets guests delete their details.
